There are several ways to find out when pricing and rebates are available. Armada members' status reports give you a quick look at new products and price changes. You can also call your Account Manager. They will be able to discuss your purchases in detail and answer all your questions about products and rebates. How important is it to sign commitment, and other, forms?
Signing commitment forms ensures that you are linked to the proper vendor program. Signing commitment forms starts the process of manufacturers recognizing you as an Armada member entitled to Armada contract pricing and rebates. Without signing a manufacturer's commitment form, you will still be a member of Armada but not in the eyes of that particular vendor. Why should I choose Armada as my GPO?
