First-Fill Patient Assistance Program - PAP 1st
Third-party patient assistant programs (PAP) are an important step
in today’s reimbursement environment. However, there is a significant lapse between the time a patient receives a prescription and when the prescription can be processed by the PAP.  We help you close this gap to ensure prescriptions are filled quickly and effectively.

  • Expedited review and hand-off of patients to the designated PAP program
  • Based on patient eligibility, pharmacies agree to dispense the first dose of the prescription, thereby starting the patient on therapy potentially days or weeks before a confirmation of benefit is received from the PAP vendor.
